What is your experience of contacting Uber customer care service on a scale from 1 to 5?
I wanted to check if you take advance bookings, was instructed to go to ‘Uber support’, for which there is no link and, after quoting for a journey you then state that ‘there are no Uber cars available for this location without any explanation. This is disastrous - please cancel my account as proper taxi’s are much easier and less confusing to use.
